General Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to Virdara learning programs hosted at bytara.digital and related materials. They apply to individuals and organisations engaging with our courses, workshops and coaching services. We describe typical scenarios and set reasonable expectations around content use and certification eligibility. Example case: a learner enrolling in a blended program agrees to both online module rules and in-person workshop codes of conduct.

Eligibility to Use Our Services

To enrol in Virdara courses you must be legally able to enter into contracts and comply with local laws. Certain courses may require professional prerequisites or employer authorization. Example: an executive coaching cohort may restrict participation to managers with direct reports and require a nomination form from the organisation.

Participants must meet minimum age requirements stated per course. If a participant is under the required age, parental or guardian consent and an institutional endorsement may be necessary. For learners under 18, additional verification steps are applied as described in our privacy policy.

Use of Virdara services must comply with applicable Singapore laws and must not facilitate illegal activity. Scenarios of misuse, such as sharing copyrighted exam materials externally, may result in account suspension and remedial actions.

Some offerings are limited by jurisdiction, licensing or local regulations. Virdara may restrict enrolment or access to specific content in certain countries. When restrictions apply, they are noted on the course landing page and in registration materials.

Account Terms and Responsibilities

Creating an account provides access to personalised learning paths, progress tracking and case-based resources. Accounts must be accurate and used only by the registered individual unless an enterprise contract permits shared access for teams.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when registering. Example: learners must update employer details when enrolment is employer-sponsored to ensure correct billing and cohort assignment.

Protect your account credentials and notify Virdara promptly of any suspected compromise. We may require multi-factor authentication for sensitive program access or proctored assessments. Practical case: an account with unusual login activity was temporarily frozen pending identity verification to protect a learner's assessment records.

Accounts are non-transferable except where a written enterprise agreement permits reassignment. Transfers involve identity verification and record reconciliation to preserve the integrity of practical case histories and assessment outcomes.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify [email protected] immediately with details of the activity and your account identifier. We will act to secure the account and provide guidance on restoring access.

Virdara may suspend accounts for security reasons, violations of these terms, or legal injunctions. Suspension notices explain the reason and steps required to restore access where possible.

Service Description

Virdara offers instructor-led workshops, online modules, scenario-based projects and coaching sessions for career advancement. Course descriptions include learning objectives, time commitments and example case studies to illustrate practical outcomes. Example: a data storytelling module includes a real-world case to transform stakeholder reports into decision-ready dashboards.

We may update program content, schedules and delivery methods to reflect industry evolution and learner feedback. Substantive changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated with actionable choices such as schedule alternatives or credit toward other programs.

While we aim to maintain service availability, access may be interrupted for maintenance, platform upgrades or events beyond our control. We provide advance notice when feasible and outline contingency plans for cohort continuity in case-based learning activities.

Acceptable Use and Participant Rules

Participants must engage respectfully and follow behavioural standards that support collaborative, case-based learning. The rules below illustrate common expectations.

  • Participate in scheduled sessions and case discussions with professionalism and punctuality.
  • Respect intellectual property: do not share proprietary course materials outside the cohort without permission.
  • Avoid disruptive behaviour; maintain constructive feedback norms during peer reviews and simulations.
  • Follow assessment integrity rules during proctored tasks and submit original work for practical cases.
  • Comply with any additional rules set by partners when using third-party tools in course exercises.
  • Provide accurate information for enrolment and maintain current contact details for administrative communications.
  • Report conflicts of interest or ethical concerns related to case studies, client simulations or role play.

User Content and Contributions

Learners may submit projects, case study solutions and forum posts as part of course activities. Virdara encourages practical contributions while ensuring proper use and attribution.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, learners retain ownership of original work they create during courses. Enterprise contracts may specify different ownership terms for employer-sponsored projects.

By submitting content to Virdara platforms, you grant Virdara a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display the material for educational, promotional and administrative purposes related to the course. Example: anonymised case study solutions may be included in future teaching materials with participant consent where required.

Participants are responsible for ensuring their submissions do not infringe third-party rights or contain confidential client information unless proper authorization is documented. Practical scenario: a participant redacts client identifiers before uploading a consulting practicum deliverable.

Virdara may remove user content that violates these terms or applicable law. Requests to remove or anonymize content for privacy or proprietary reasons will be considered promptly, subject to archival and compliance obligations.

Intellectual Property

Course materials, curricula, assessments and platform software provided by Virdara are protected by intellectual property laws. We permit use for personal learning and professional development associated with enrolled programs, but not for commercial redistribution.

  • Do not reproduce, distribute or publicly display course materials without written permission.
  • Do not remove or alter Virdara activity, attributions or confidentiality markings in materials.
  • Requests for licensed reuse of materials for corporate training or derivative works should be directed to [email protected].

Paid Services and Fees

Certain Virdara offerings, certifications and mentoring services are fee-based. Course pages describe fees, what is included, and practical case examples of deliverables tied to pricing tiers.

Pricing reflects curriculum design, instructor engagement, and included resources such as industry tool access for hands-on scenarios. We publish standard prices on course pages and provide quotes for customised enterprise programs.

Payments are accepted via designated payment processors listed during checkout. For employer-sponsored enrolments, invoicing terms are set by agreement. Example: a cohort seat reserved with an invoice must be paid within the stated invoice window to retain the seat.

Subscription services, if offered, are billed on the cadence shown at signup and continue until cancelled. Subscribers receive access to a defined content set and may enrol in select live sessions subject to availability.

Refund and credit policies are outlined per program. For scheduled cohort programs, partial credit may apply to unused sessions depending on notice timing and resource allocation. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis with reference to published policy.

Participants may cancel enrolment in accordance with the cancellation terms specified on the course page. Cancellation requests should be submitted to [email protected] with supporting details. Where a program is cancelled by Virdara, registrants are offered alternatives or credits as described in the specific program terms.

Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the payer and will be applied in accordance with local tax rules. Business ID S4118973A should be used for invoicing and tax documentation as required by corporate clients.

Virdara may adjust pricing for future cohorts; pricing for confirmed enrolments is governed by the terms in effect at time of purchase unless otherwise communicated in writing.

Non-payment may result in suspension of access to paid course materials, withholding of certification, or collection actions for outstanding invoices per the enterprise agreement terms.

Educational Disclaimer

Course materials are provided for professional development and illustrative case work. Content is based on current industry practices, instructor experience and curated examples. Outcomes depend on participant effort, background and external market conditions; individual results may vary and are not assured by Virdara.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virdara is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid by the user for the affected service in the prior 12 months. Example: Virdara is not responsible for employment outcomes after course completion.

Third-Party Providers

We collaborate with industry partners to provide practical tools, datasets and case environments. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms. Virdara evaluates partners for suitability and includes guidance for case usage, but is not responsible for third-party service performance.

Termination and Suspension

Virdara may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, illegal activity, or platform misuse. We aim to apply proportional measures and provide remediation steps where appropriate before termination.

Upon termination, access to course materials and community features may be revoked. Records of completed assignments and assessments are retained in accordance with our data retention policy and may be provided upon verified request subject to administrative fees.

Privacy and Data Use

Our privacy policy explains how learner data is collected, used and protected in support of educational delivery, assessment and program administration. We use data to personalise learning paths, assess competency in practical scenarios and report outcomes to sponsoring employers where authorised.

Communications and Notices

Virdara sends administrative and course-related communications by email or platform notifications. Important notices, including schedule changes or policy updates, are posted on bytara.digital and sent to the account email on file. Participants should monitor communications and update contact information promptly.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Material revisions will be announced on bytara.digital and, where they affect enrolled participants, communicated directly with options for crediting or withdrawal when appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties agree that Singapore jurisdiction is appropriate for resolving disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.

Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve issues through dialogue. If a dispute arises, contact [email protected] to seek an initial resolution. Unresolved disputes may proceed to mediation or the competent courts in Singapore as set out in the governing law clause.
